Partner Events Project Manager

Coordinate high-impact partner events from Canada remotely, using project management and stakeholder communication to align complex work streams. Deliver polished event experiences.

As a Partner Events Manager, you will manage event planning, content development, speaker preparation, and production coordination. You will collaborate with partner marketing, Product Marketing, Partnerships, internal stakeholders, speakers, agencies, and vendors. The work focuses on turning creative concepts into actionable plans and memorable event experiences.

• Plan partner participation across priority events and timelines
• Coordinate presentation decks, scripts, and supporting content
• Consolidate reviews and secure stakeholder approvals
• Prepare speakers through briefings, sessions, and rehearsals
• Manage live-event handoffs, updates, and issue resolution

• At least five years in event management or coordination
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and complex timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience developing presentations, scripts, and event narratives
• Canada-based, full-time Eastern Time availability, and United States travel
