- Collaborating with the Senior Revenue Operations Analysts to build and maintain robust GTM financial models across various customer segments, product lines, and market scenarios.
- Performing detailed financial performance analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks across GTM initiatives.
- Developing and presenting clear financial dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Creating key operational and financial success indicators that align with GTM goals.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Monitoring budget performance, conducting variance analysis, and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Supporting the sales team with financial input for RFPs, including pricing strategies, cost assessments, and revenue projections.
- Participating in financial approval processes for customer discount requests, in coordination with the Revenue Operations team.
- Providing ad hoc financial analysis and support to help improve efficiency and drive performance across departments.
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A strong academic track record, with professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or MBA considered a strong asset.
- 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or planning, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or tech-enabled environment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with solid proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- A naturally curious mindset - always asking questions and seeking ways to improve processes.
- A collaborative spirit, with the confidence to work cross-functionally and contribute to team goals.
