Associate – Wealth Management

National Bank of Canada invites you to apply for the Associate role in our Wealth Management team.

Overview

The Associate supports wealth advisors by delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication across clients, advisors, and collaborators.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively among clients, advisors, and collaborators.
  • Provide superior customer service in person, on the phone, and via email.
  • Analyze client accounts to prepare support for wealth advisors.
  • Execute transactions related to investment accounts.
  • Open and update client files.
  • Coordinate advisors' agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare client meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and risk‑management rules.
Prerequisites
  • College diploma in a related field.
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in banking operations, customer service, or administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency in English.

National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is Canada’s fifth largest investment brokerage firm, with around 1,000 advisors and 400,000 clients. You will report to the regional manager and partner closely with a wealth advisor.
