The Client Reporting Coordinator will support the production and delivery of regulatory and client‑facing documents for all MD Financial business lines, ensuring specific processes are executed and delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Complete the printing and delivery of all regulatory and ad‑hoc documents, such as tax slips, RESP letters, and KYC letters.
  • Sort incoming mail, faxes and packages for internal delivery to all MD Operations teams.
  • Perform electronic document imaging of legal documents.
  • Generate and deliver client statements and corporate tax packages for all MD business lines, as required.
Skills
  • A university degree, college diploma, or equivalent relevant experience in a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in office administration, preferably in financial services.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with others to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Initiative, resourcefulness and a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to assess, develop, monitor, and improve complex business processes.
