About The Opportunity

Our client, a national law firm, has an immediate need for a corporate lawyer with experience in the areas of banking, finance and secured lending.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Providing legal advice on banking, finance and corporate matters
• Advising clients on matters such as project and acquisition finance, secured lending and debt and equity capital markets
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Venture capital transactions
• General corporate matters

About You

• 3 or more years post-Call experience in the area of corporate law in private practice or in-house
• Experience in the areas of banking, finance and secured lending
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent drafting skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bilingualism as an asset

About the Job

Salary will range between $150K and $200K depending on experience.
