Bilingual Mortgage Specialist at CMHC

In this permanent full-time position with the Multi-Unit Insurance Servicing team, you will manage diverse servicing files and evaluate lender requests related to insured mortgages. Leveraging at least five years of experience, you will contribute to maintaining CMHC's risk position through detailed analysis and collaboration. Your ability to communicate fluently in both official languages will enhance client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer multi-unit servicing files and mortgage activities

• Review and evaluate lender recommendations on loans

• Assess financial information and market performance

Requirements:

• Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• Five years' experience in multi-unit servicing or related field

• Knowledge of mortgage risk factors

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Effective bilingual communication skills in English and French
