Position: Ottawa-Based Finance Director Position

In this essential role, you will report directly to the President, defining financial strategies that align with organizational goals. Your background in financial analysis and reporting will play a key role in advising executive leadership on critical financial decisions. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial to manage investor relations and develop the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop fiscal direction and strategic financial plans

• Partner in budgeting and monitor financial modeling

• Lead year-end financial reporting and cash flow forecasting

• Manage investor relations and account reviews

• Enhance finance processes through automation and reporting

Requirements:

• CPA designation preferred

• At least 7 years in accounting, with 3 years in a supervisory role

• Strong knowledge in compliance and audits

• Experience with payroll and taxes

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
