This role involves supervising the finance staff and managing comprehensive financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coach the Finance team daily

• Direct the financial close and reporting processes

• Manage annual budgeting and financial planning

• Ensure funder reporting and compliance are met

• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent

• CPA certification or in final stages of completion

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience

• Five years’ experience in finance within the nonprofit sector

• Proficient in Sage Intacct and similar accounting tools
