Position: Full-Time Service Associate
Become a pivotal Service Associate at CI Financial in Ottawa. This full-time role supports the National Accounts Financial Advisor team through account management and administrative tasks.

CI Financial is seeking a dedicated Service Associate to enhance our operations in Ottawa. With over two years in financial services, you will process trades, prepare investment paperwork, and manage filing systems. Your attention to detail and efficient time management will be essential in liaising with clients and back office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily mutual fund, stock, and bond trades accurately

• Prepare paperwork for investment transactions and transfers

• Maintain organized filing systems for efficient operations

• Liaise with the back office on administration and transfer issues

• Assist with coordinating digital marketing efforts

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services operations

• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

• Positive attitude with self-motivation for team collaboration
