As a Senior Analyst in Risk & Analytics, you will own complex analytical problems end to end. You will translate data into business strategy while partnering with Machine Learning, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance teams. Multiple teams are hiring through one shared process.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize business, risk, and growth strategies across products
- Monitor portfolio performance and macroeconomic trends
- Build metrics for scalable risk, fraud, and growth models
- Develop analytical frameworks supporting launches and market entries
- Mentor junior analysts through AI-assisted analytical workflows
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or scripting languages
- Degree in a quantitative field
- Two to five years in consumer lending, credit, or fintech
- Expertise in data mining, visualization, and statistical modeling
- Understanding of lending regulations and regional market dynamics
