Support securities clients through investment assistance, relationship development, and personalized solutions in a hybrid Desjardins position. Use French and advanced English while serving members and clients.
As an Investment Assistant, you support securities sales and service across discretionary management, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and structured products. You help analyze needs, propose integrated offers, resolve requests, and maintain business relationships. Administrative support also serves managers across large branches or branch groups.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop client relationships
- Support securities products through distribution channels
- Analyze needs and implement personalized solutions
- Provide compliance and budget-monitoring administrative assistance
- Coordinate complex operational tasks and cheque deposits
- General college diploma in a related field
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced English proficiency at Level 5
- Other qualification and experience combinations may qualify
