Senior Commercial Account Manager

Build business through financial acumen and relationship development as a Senior Commercial Account Manager with BDC in a hybrid work model.

Support Canadian entrepreneurs with sales between $3M and $50M through financing solutions and advisory services. This senior position manages existing clients while generating new business opportunities. Success requires commercial banking or finance experience, financial statement analysis, and business development.

• Meet entrepreneurs to understand needs and provide growth advice
• Execute action plans aligned with Business Centre objectives
• Retain portfolio clients and acquire new clients
• Review, negotiate, and present financing proposals
• Network with local business contacts and obtain references

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration
• Four to six years of commercial banking or finance experience
• Strong financial acumen and financial statement analysis experience
• Demonstrated business development and target achievement ability
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
