Customer Experience Associate

Serve TD customers in Renfrew, Ontario, using accurate financial transactions and clear banking advice. This 25-hour position supports Personal & Commercial Banking.

As a Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust, you will understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments while following procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. The role also includes resolving concerns, promoting banking solutions, and supporting positive customer experiences.

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
• Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
• Promote banking solutions and complete processes promptly
• Recommend operational improvements supporting excellence

• High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Calm, courteous verbal and written communication
