Associate Investment Advisor Waterloo

Support high-value brokerage clients as an Associate Investment Advisor with TD Wealth in Waterloo, Ontario, applying investment advice and planning expertise.

This full-time position supports a lead Investment Advisor or team of Advisors within TD Private Investment Advice. You will manage client accounts, provide advice across registered and non-registered products, and develop documented Investment and Wealth Planning solutions. The work also includes client management, business development, service oversight, and collaboration with other TD areas.

• Manage client relationships and understand individual needs
• Provide investment advice across diverse product categories
• Produce documented investment and wealth plans
• Support referrals, customer acquisition, and retention
• Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement

• Undergraduate degree or community college diploma preferred
• Over three years supporting wealth management clients preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain CIRO Registered Representative licensing
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work confidentially, independently, and collaboratively
