Lead consumer insolvency services as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee and Manager at MNP, using financial analysis and regulatory expertise.
This Manager position supports Canadians and corporations facing financial challenges. You will guide consumer and corporate insolvency appointments, review financial records, and apply the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. The work combines trusted advisory services, documentation, quality control, and debtor-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead planning and delivery of consumer and corporate insolvency services
- Analyze data and review financial records
- Administer bankruptcies and proposals
- Prepare and review BIA documentation
- Maintain quality control and address debtor-related risks
- Completion of the BIA Insolvency Counselor course
- Seven or more years of insolvency experience
- Extensive Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act knowledge
- Strong strategic planning and conceptual thinking skills
- Proven leadership and people management skills
