- Conduct strategic outreach to owners and senior leaders
- Build trust with acquisition decision-makers
- Position Harris as the preferred acquisition partner
- Deliver transactions through sustained relationship development
- Substantial hands-on financial and business experience
- Experience discussing M&A processes, valuations, and exits
- Strong relationship-building and listening skills
- Efficient company research and tailored outreach abilities
- Meticulous Harris CRM activity and data tracking
