As part of RBC’s Private Banking team, you will create enhanced client experiences by handling requests through email, phone, and in-person service. The work includes discovering unmet needs, resolving concerns at first contact, and delivering the Black Card Experience. Digital education helps clients engage through their preferred channel.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve Private Banking clients across multiple channels
- Understand and deliver tailored client experiences
- Handle servicing requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Spot opportunities during everyday banking interactions
- Maximize technology and support digital education
- Minimum two to three years of banking experience
- Proven client service capability
- Excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- IFC or CSC completion is an asset
