Member Associate Loan Administration

Support loan administration and member service with Northern Credit Union as a temporary, full-time Member Associate in Pembroke Market.

This Member Associate supports branch operations alongside Member Advisors and the Market Manager. The role manages loan documentation, maintains client records, and supports compliance. It also provides account, investment, online banking, and Visa services for members.

• Manage and submit documentation throughout the end-to-end loan process
• Maintain client records and support internal and regulatory compliance
• Open personal and business accounts for members
• Process investments and renewals accurately
• Refer members to appropriate representatives or delivery channels

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One to two years of banking experience preferred
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of retail loan products and banking procedures
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and office equipment proficiency
