Assistant Branch Manager Banking

Lead BMO branch service through employee coaching, customer advice, and sales support while protecting customer and Bank information.

As Assistant Branch Manager, you guide employees, support customer experience, and help achieve profitability goals. You advise customers on personal banking and credit card products, make referrals, and resolve service issues. You also support compliance with legal, regulatory, and BMO policy requirements.

• Coach employees to deliver exceptional BMO customer service
• Advise customers on products supporting financial objectives
• Coordinate service requests and resolve customer issues
• Review performance measures and address identified gaps
• Provide technical training supporting branch effectiveness

• Typically three to five years of relevant experience
• One to three years banking or customer service experience
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
• General knowledge of retail banking products and services
• In-depth communication, collaboration, analytical, and influence skills
