Accounts Receivable Credit Analyst

As a Credit Representative reporting to the Credit Manager, you will analyze account status, investigate past-due balances, and complete customer risk analysis. The work requires accurate data handling, effective prioritization, and clear communication. You will help resolve concerns efficiently while supporting satisfaction and retention.

• Review Accounts Receivable aging for assigned portfolios
• Analyze credit warning reports and customer account compliance
• Complete risk analysis for past-due customers
• Respond to inquiries and resolve customer concerns
• Facilitate residential budget payment management

• Ideally three years in a Credit or Accounts Receivable environment
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• High accuracy when managing significant data volumes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
