Accounts Payable

Harris Corporate is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. You'll work closely with colleagues to support the company's payables function, alongside a group of motivated people committed to continuous improvement.

• Process payables and expense transactions accurately and on time
• Safeguard corporate assets by verifying that all claims are accurate and carry the appropriate approvals for each level of expenditure
• Respond to supplier and employee inquiries promptly and professionally
• Maintain organized files of supplier invoices and expense reports
• Assist with document shipping as required
• Support the Finance team and business unit leadership

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy

• A process- and results-oriented approach
• Comfort with change and a commitment to continuous improvement
• Experience with MS Office, Great Plains, and Jaggaer

The salary range for this role is $40,000 to $45,000 per year. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
