Financial Services Client Service Assistant

Deliver responsive client service in Ottawa by resolving account inquiries, supporting trades, and maintaining accurate documentation for Advisors.

As an Assistant, you will foster client relationships while supporting Investment Advisors with daily service and administration. Responsibilities include investigating account questions, requesting information, following up on trades, and preparing client materials. The position requires organization, professional communication, and experience in financial services or administration.
