Position: Senior Advocacy & Policy Role at Canadian Nuclear Association

Reporting to the Directors in Government Relations & Policy, you will be integral to promoting and executing CNA's advocacy initiatives. You will draft policy briefs, analyze legislation, and provide essential support to meetings and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement government relations strategies for advocacy

• Engage with federal and provincial officials and stakeholders

• Organize legislative events and targeted meetings

• Create informative policy documents and briefing materials

• Keep abreast of government activities and provide insights

Requirements:

• Relevant undergraduate degree required

• Minimum five years of experience in government relations

• Familiarity with legislative processes and the energy sector

• Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
