As part of the team, you'll leverage your skills to coordinate emergency training programs and ensure compliance with regulations. You’ll analyze program health metrics, providing critical insights to senior leadership while ensuring cost-effective emergency responses. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee emergency management training for staff and agencies

• Report health metrics to CNL executive leadership

• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations

• Organize interfaces between internal and external stakeholders

• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma in Emergency Management or equivalent

• Minimum five years of experience in emergency management

• Excellent organizational and planning skills

• Understanding of workplace safety regulations

• Security clearance eligibility of 3-5 years
