Position: Public Policy Research Advisor Role
Become a key player in shaping public health policy as a Research Advisor with a focus on evidence-based advocacy initiatives. This full-time role is available in Ottawa or Toronto, or remote across Ontario and Quebec.

In this permanent position at Public Affairs, you will conduct comprehensive research and analysis in complex health issues, contributing to the development of impactful policy recommendations. Your ability to produce high-quality written content and effectively communicate findings will support informed decision-making. You’ll work collaboratively within a hybrid team environment, engaging with various stakeholders to drive policy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of health policy issues

• Produce briefing notes and reports for diverse audiences

• Contribute to policy development through stakeholder input

• Monitor legislative trends and interpret system developments

• Manage project timelines and coordinate deliverables

Requirements:

• Proven experience in policy research and analysis

• Bilingual capabilities in English and French (asset)

• Attention to detail and rigorous research methodology

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

• Insightful approach to translating research into policy
