The Pembina Institute is seeking a Senior Analyst for a term position covering maternity leave through September 2027. Working from Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, or Ottawa, you will support the Sustainable Workforce team in developing innovative workforce solutions for Canada’s clean energy transition. Your expertise will drive impactful change through research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and government relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead projects from inception to completion
• Conduct economic and environmental policy analysis
• Contribute to stakeholder engagement workshops
• Build relationships with government and diverse partners
• Support strategic initiatives and fundraising efforts
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in relevant field
• Minimum three years in industry, government, or not-for-profit
• Experience in energy and environmental policy advocacy
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders
