Reporting directly to the AVP Public Affairs and Industry Practices, you will play a crucial role in formulating and executing CCA's public affairs strategies. Leverage your experience in policy advocacy and governmental relations to influence key legislative developments and build productive partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement strategic public affairs plans for CCA
• Analyze political trends affecting the construction industry
• Foster connections with public stakeholders and partners
• Organize key advocacy events such as annual Hill Day
• Advise on public policy positions and publications
Requirements:
• Degree in Law, Communications, or similar
• 5-7 years of relevant government relations experience
• Proven track record in advocacy and policy development
• Ability to analyze data sets with statistical tools
• Bilingual in French and English preferred
