This role requires you to support the processing of extensive information requests under both the Access to Information and Privacy Acts. You will be responsible for making recommendations regarding sensitive information exemptions, leading consultations with various governmental entities, and preparing essential documents for legal approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex ATIP requests effectively
• Advise on exemptions concerning sensitive data
• Coordinate consultations with government agencies
• Prepare documentation for final approvals
• Provide direct updates to requesters about their cases
Requirements:
• 4+ years of Access Pro software experience
• Background in cabinet confidences and consultations
• Proven track record resolving complaints
• Over 3 years of senior experience in ATIP
• Expertise in environmental and scientific files preferred
