Join the National Research Council (NRC) as a Policy Advisor focused on strategic policy development.

As a member of the Strategy and Integration team, you will advise senior leaders, including the NRC President and government officials, on critical policy-related issues. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree and significant experience in policy document development, strategic communication, and stakeholder management, a combination vital for the NRC's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver policy advice to senior management and external partners
• Develop and assess policy documents and submissions
• Build and leverage effective relationships within the organization
• Provide comprehensive briefs on government policy initiatives
• Navigate the Government of Canada's policy environment
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in public administration, science, or economics
• Significant experience in a complex environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships
• Must be eligible for Secret Clearance
