Policy Analyst in Washington D.C

TC Energy seeks a Policy Analyst to join the external relations team. This role requires at least six years of public policy experience, ideally from a legislative background. You will track policy developments, create briefs, and prepare executives for engagements while building relationships across the policy community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track public policy developments across North America

• Draft policy papers and executive summaries for leadership

• Prepare materials for executives’ media appearances

• Represent TC Energy at industry forums and events

• Collaborate with teams in Canada, the U.S., and Mexico

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy or related field

• 6+ years in public policy or government

• Experience in legislative environments strongly preferred

• Knowledge of the U.S. and Canadian political landscape

• Established networks within policy communities
