Position: CSMC Head of Federal Engagement
Elevate national initiatives as the Head of Government Relations at Canadian Strategic Missions Corporation in Ottawa. Lead efforts in government engagement across defence and technological fronts.
This leadership role focuses on crafting CSMC's federal engagement strategy, directly interacting with governmental entities to ensure strategic alignment. You will play a crucial role in managing the complexities of defense procurement pathways and maintaining partnerships that propel our initiatives. Successful candidates are not only experienced but also resilient problem-solvers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute CSMC’s government engagement strategy effectively

• Act as senior contact for Government of Canada

• Drive alignment with DND and procurement strategies

• Build strategies with PMO and central agencies

• Engage in nuclear and infrastructure funding discussions
Requirements:

• Proven experience with federal government relations

• Deep understanding of DND and national security

• Knowledge of public sector decision-making processes

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Ability to represent CSMC credibly in engagements
