Position: Customer Assurance Compliance Analyst Role
Lead customer assurance and security compliance at Behavox as a Compliance Analyst. This hybrid role emphasizes managing risk assessments and ensuring adherence to security standards.

As a Compliance Analyst, you will execute customer assurance activities, maintain the internal risk register, and help prepare documentation for audits. Close collaboration with the Revenue teams will enable you to respond to customer inquiries effectively. You will also utilize Behavox's AI tools to optimize compliance workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee security compliance RFIs and answers

• Facilitate annual risk assessments for customers

• Engage in customer calls to clarify security

• Maintain GRC documentation and evidence

• Use AI to enhance compliance reporting processes

Requirements:

• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification essential

• Relevant experience in compliance and audit processes

• Knowledge of risk management practices

• Competency with automation tools for reporting

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
