The Clean Water Division of Clark County Public Works is seeking a Program Coordinator I to oversee the Clean Water Fee administration. This position focuses on customer service and community engagement, providing support for fees collected through property tax statements. Key responsibilities include managing fee disputes, developing outreach materials, and supporting incentive programs to reduce fees for property owners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Clean Water Fee customer service
• Develop and coordinate public outreach initiatives
• Evaluate eligibility for fee reductions on properties
• Support fee dispute and appeal resolutions
• Update clean water codes, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of program management and budgeting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Valid driver’s license for site visits
