Develop your trumpet career through Canada’s NAC Orchestra Mentorship Program, designed for musicians completing studies or entering professional orchestras.
This full-time, temporary program runs for three weeks from June 8 to 24, 2027. It is intended for trumpet players on the audition circuit or relatively new to a professional orchestra position. Applications require an online audition video, CV, government identification, diploma or transcript, and two references.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the three-week trumpet mentorship program
- Submit an online video audition with your application
- Follow the stated audition requirements for trumpet
- Currently completing musical studies
- Active on the professional orchestra audition circuit
- Relatively new in a professional orchestra position
- Provide a CV and government-issued identification
- Submit academic records and two references
