As a Beauty Sales Expert, you will focus on maximizing sales of beauty products at Shoppers Drug Mart. This position requires you to have a lively attitude towards selling and to put customer satisfaction first. You will also be responsible for promoting the PC Optimum program and booking appointments for special events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maximize awareness of promotional beauty products
• Encourage customer participation in the PC Optimum program
• Maintain a customer-first approach in service
• Exhibit products and promote through effective marketing
• Attend vendor schools for further education
Requirements:
• Experience in beauty sales with a proven record
• Excellent communication and consultative skills
• Ability to conduct makeup consultations and demonstrations
• Knowledge of health regulations and store compliance
• Capacity to lift 50 pounds and manage physical tasks
