Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic family. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. This role involves providing high-quality haircuts, styles, and grooming services while also engaging with customers to enhance their experience.

• Perform haircuts, styling, and grooming services according to client preferences and current trends.
• Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe workplace for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Engage in retail sales by promoting hair care products and upselling services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continually improve skills.

• Proven experience in barbering and/or hair styling.
• Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A commitment to sanitation practices and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for weekdays and Saturdays.
