Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver full grooming and bath services safely
• Communicate effectively with pet parents about services
• Assist in managing salon appointments and records
• Achieve sales targets through effective promotions
• Maintain a clean and safe salon environment
Requirements:
• Successful completion of Pet Smart's Academy training
• Preferable grooming experience or willingness to learn
• Excellent verbal skills for client interaction
• Flexible scheduling availability for shifts
• Basic computer skills for managing appointments
