As a Brand Educator, you will conduct interactive classes that empower stylists with knowledge of our flagship brands. Your technical skills and passion for teaching are crucial for helping professionals master product application and care techniques. Collaborating with the sales team, you will contribute to increasing brand adoption across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging technical classes for stylists
• Support product launches through in-salon training
• Stay updated on trends, techniques, and brand knowledge
• Collaborate with sales to boost brand adoption
Requirements:
• Licensed stylist or colourist with salon experience
• Prior educational or training experience preferred
• Confident public speaker with a passion for teaching
• Willingness to travel within Ontario and beyond
• In-depth knowledge of colour theory and care products
