As a Brand Educator, you'll share your passion for the craft with beauty professionals across the country. You'll deliver hands-on classes at Metro Academy and in partner salons, supporting product launches and helping stylists master our flagship colour and care brands. This role blends technical mastery, stage presence, and a genuine love of teaching.
What you'll do- Develop and deliver engaging technical classes
- Support product launches with in-salon training
- Stay current on techniques, trends, and brand knowledge
- Collaborate with our sales team to grow brand adoption
- Licensed stylist/colourist with salon floor experience
- Prior education, platform, or training experience preferred
- Confident public speaker who loves teaching
- Willingness to travel within Ontario and occasionally beyond
- Deep knowledge of colour theory and professional care products
