St. Joseph’s Home Care is seeking two part-time Hairdressers who are committed to providing professional hair services. This role involves styling, cutting, and coloring for seniors in various settings, ensuring a high standard of care and enhancing self-esteem. Your experience will help create a positive salon atmosphere while adapting techniques for clients with mobility challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to homes and facilities to deliver hair services
• Perform haircuts, shampoos, and color treatments
• Communicate with clients to understand their preferences
• Document all services in accordance with company guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and safety during service delivery
Requirements:
• Certified in hairdressing from recognized school
• Licensed hairstylist with Skilled Trades Ontario
• 1 year experience in working with seniors
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage schedule and work independently
