Deliver personalized makeup applications and skincare consultations at Sephora Conestoga in Waterloo, working part time within the Beauty Studio.
The Paid Service Beauty Advisor provides certified beauty services while creating inclusive client experiences. This hourly role combines makeup artistry, product knowledge, service execution, selling behaviours, and compliance. You will recommend products, build relationships, and support store goals through service appointments and rebookings.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized makeup applications and beauty consultations
- Recommend products and routines based on client needs
- Promote services, events, bookings, and rebookings
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and appointment processes
- Stay current on beauty trends and techniques
- One to three years of relevant experience
- Retail sales, beauty services, or client-facing service experience
- Strong makeup application and skincare consultation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sephora Beauty Services certification requirements completed
