As a Hearing Care Professional with Hear CANADA, you are passionate about the hearing healthcare of our clients. You will provide standardized hearing evaluations, a high standard of client care, make product recommendations and educate on product usage and features, and follow‑up with clients to ensure their needs are met. This is an 18‑month contract role and typical hours of work will vary from 7:00 am to 4:30pm local time Monday through Friday.
We are open to accepting applications from candidates for part‑time contract positions as well. This role is based onsite at our Carling Ave, Ottawa, Ontario Hear CANADA clinic.
- $70, annual base earnings based on experience + an attractive bonus

- Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing an assortment of audiological assessments and hearing evaluations
- Stay abreast of new trends in hearing aid promotions, fitting, and technological advancements to make the most meaningful recommendations to clients
- Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post‑care solutions are recommended
- Collaborate with our clinic team members to support both walk‑in clients and inbound phone calls
- A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
- Unrestricted ability to practice in the Audiology field and registration with your provincial governing body in good standing
- Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
- An excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members
- Comfortability in making product and service recommendations to clients and providing patient‑centric education to clients to ensure product adoption
- Experience with WSA brands (Widex, Signia, and/or Rexton) would be a definite asset, though not required
