Floater 'Superimposed' Direct Support Professional - HTS
Full‑time, hourly rate $15.00/hour.
Up to $800 referral bonus.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated DSP to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of home settings. This floating DSP position requires the ability to travel between multiple homes while maintaining consistent hours and workdays. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, a strong work ethic, and commitment to fostering independence and community integration.
We have several shifts and schedules to meet your needs.
- Days: 7am-7pm, 8am-8pm, 9am-9pm
- Nights: 7pm-7am, 8pm-8am, 9pm-9am
- Schedules:
Sun/Mon/Tue and Thu/Fri/Sat - 12‑hour work shifts allow for full‑time work and up to 16 days off per month! You can have more than half the year off, but still work full‑time, or we allow and encourage you to pick up additional shifts.

Position ResponsibilitiesThis position is a companion to individuals with developmental disabilities and assists them in acquiring daily living skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Personal care and daily meal preparation
- Medication administration
- Daily activities and transportation
- Continued focus on implementation of individualized objectives
- Premium pay on the weekend – equivalent to 1.5x your hourly rate!

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to drive, have and maintain a valid Oklahoma driver’s license.
- Must always have and maintain car insurance coverage.
- American Sign Language (ASL) – preferred
- Must be able to pass a state and federal background check.
- Must maintain eligibility to operate agency vehicles.
- Physical capacities to bend, stoop, lift at least 40 pounds, and lift, transfer, and position individuals served.
- Must be able to work with frequent interruptions, handle diverse personalities during difficult or sometimes stressful situations, and still complete job assignments.
- Must be able to communicate orally, both over the phone and face‑to‑face.
- Must be able to prepare and read written documentation and perform basic mathematical functions.
- Must follow policy and procedures of A New Leaf, Inc.
- Ensures all individuals served are safe in their environment and program participation.
- Must fulfill all training and in‑service requirements necessary to work with individuals served within the timeframe required by A New Leaf, Inc. and the State of Oklahoma.
