Founded in 1981, Orto Ped is Canada’s leading independent distributor serving the prosthetic, orthotic, pedorthic and the allied health community.

• We’re growing! Fast…. After another record-breaking year, we are looking for another Prosthetic Clinical Specialist to complement our existing team.
• Do you like making a difference / helping others? Our Clinical Specialists partner with our clinicians and Territory Managers to help bring the best possible outcomes for their patients.

As a Prosthetic Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing prosthetic clinical expertise to Orto Ped’s customers. You will work closely with our Territory Managers to provide up to date clinical representation of our portfolio of upper and lower prosthetic products. You will be a key member of the sales team reporting to our National Sales Manager.

Canada, Remote

• Grow and nurture existing relationships with clients
• Be knowledgeable and provide clinical representation of Orto Ped’s portfolio of prosthetic products
• Create and conduct training workshops for customers independently and in collaboration with our vendors
• Participate in the preparation of market intelligence in conjunction with our product manager and marketing team
• Problem solve and conduct product trials with Prosthetists
• Vet new potential products for Orto Ped’s portfolio by offering clinical insight

• Certification of Prosthetists (OPC accredited CP or CPO)
• 5+ years of experience as a clinician
• Have strong communication and presentation skills
• Be a self-starter and take initiative on projects
• Strong desire to overcome challenges and be a problem solver
• Pro‑active and result oriented
• You have a growth mindset. You love to learn and be the best version of yourself
• Be able to travel 50 to 75% of the time when required
