Expert Audiologist

Position: Expert Audiologist Needed
Canadian Hearing Services is hiring an experienced Audiologist in Ottawa. This full-time position entails auditory assessments and the fitting of hearing aids for a diverse population.

As an Audiologist, you will play a key role in patient care at Canadian Hearing Services. The position requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology and registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario. With 3-5 years of experience, you will manage clinical assessments while providing education on hearing loss.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess patient auditory issues

• Dispense hearing aids and FM systems accurately

• Educate and counsel clients regarding their hearing problems

• Operate effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Occasionally provide coverage for nearby clinics

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology

• Licensed with CASLPO and authorized under ADP

• 3-5 years related audiology experience

• Knowledge in clinical management and software

• Strong communication and counseling abilities
