A healthcare organization in Ottawa is seeking a Health Information Management Professional responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of clinical records in compliance with legislation. The ideal candidate will perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, resolve information discrepancies with physicians, and assist with various clinical record tasks. Candidates must have a college diploma in Health Information Management, CHIMA certification, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience with ICD 10 coding is essential and knowledge of Medi Tech is an asset.
