Personal Support Worker in South Simcoe

As a Personal Support Worker, you will report directly to the Client Services Coordinator.

Your role encompasses a variety of tasks including personal care, daily living assistance, and meal preparation, always tailored to each client’s specific care plan. Our supportive team environment allows you to build meaningful, ongoing client relationships while ensuring high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and toileting

• Assist clients with daily living activities and meal preparation

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties

• Document client health changes using electronic systems

• Communicate effectively with clients and their families

Requirements:

• Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent credentials

• Reliable transportation for client travel

• CPR and First Aid certification required

• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within six months

• Access to a mobile phone and internet
