Direct Support Professionals at Cedar Heights will engage with children, adolescents, and adults with conditions like Autism and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder. You will be pivotal in providing assistance with daily activities, life skills training, and promoting community involvement within an inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal support and life skills education
• Plan and implement community-based activities
• Assist with health and daily living routines
• Support clients in recreational and educational initiatives
• Maintain organized documentation for client-related activities
Requirements:
• Educational background in relevant fields preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a valid G Driver’s License and own a vehicle
• Current First Aid or CPR certification required
• Availability for multiple shift patterns including overnight
