Carefor is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to work closely with clients, focusing on personalized treatment plans and evidence-based practices. You will restore movement and function through strength training and mobility programs while educating clients and their families on self-care. This role requires collaboration with a dynamic care team to deliver tailored client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat acute and chronic client conditions

• Restore movement through targeted exercise and training

• Develop tailored care plans promoting independence

• Measure client progress with objective assessment tools

• Educate clients and families on long-term health

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

• Strong clinical expertise in rehabilitation care

• Excellent communication and teaching capabilities

• 2–5 years of clinical practice experience preferred

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
