Key Responsibilities:
• Assess clients’ holistic needs for effective care
• Develop personalized care plans with clients and families
• Implement evidence-based interventions for rehabilitation
• Educate clients and caregivers on successful strategies
• Advocate for clients to enhance their quality of life
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Strong clinical expertise focused on rehabilitation
• 2-5 years of clinical practice experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
